· Click on the three horizontal bars on the top left hand side, underneath "Goodman Oaks Church of Christ Southaven, MS";

· Click on "My Giving History";

· Select your date range;

· Click on "View Statement".

At this point you can Print and/or Save your Contribution Statement

To Save:

· Click the down arrow located at the top of the page on the far right side;

· It will be named “report.pdf”.  Change the name if you prefer and choose where you would like to save the document as you normally would any PDF.

To Print:

· Click the printer icon  located at the top of the page on the far right side;

· Print as you normally would.
