We are looking for TWO Funeral Meal Coordinators to share the responsibilities of offering meals to grieving families. This is a ministry of hospitality that is a gift of love and comfort for families experiencing loss.

Responsibilities include:

· Being the point of contact between the family and the church office to determine time of meal and how many family members will attend.

· Delegating and coordinating specific tasks to volunteers, such as decorating and setting tables, coordinating a meal, and cleanup.

· Be at the building the day of the funeral to ensure things run smoothly and help out the other volunteers where needed.

· Serving a term of six months with the option of continuing longer if desired.
